All paperwork must be duly signed and witnessed. Any refusal by the patient to comply with documentation should result in a polite decline of treatment and an explanation that it is routine to ensure holistic service provision. Such patients should ideally be referred to a senior doctor or a GP.
Before and after photographs must always be taken in standard and identical poses.
